QIP 2012 — всё работает!
Помню, как раньше официальную «аську» ругали за перегруженный интерфейс, кучу лишних функции и советовали ставить QIP. Но недавно имел несчастье посмотреть на последнюю версию. Итак, встречайте! QIP 2012 Build 8921:
Здесь есть игры, QIP Store, онлайн-радио, погода и куча других функций, совершенно необходимых для общения по сети! А смену глобального статуса, выключение звука и прочее запихнули в дебри контекстных меню.
Конечно, не всё так плохо — из «квипа» можно сделать нормальный мессенджер. Для этого нужно ознакомиться с параметрами запуска (нас интересуют /isolated и /nosrv — с ними квип не лезет на свои серверы), внимательно просмотреть все меню и настройки и, заодно, не использовать стандартный установщик — лучше распаковать скачанный дистрибутив с помощью innounp. Но то упорство, с каким разработчики из нормальной программы делают монстра, меня поражает.
